Pros:

• Easy to see your baby with the hoop design around the neck

Cons:

• Fabric patterns are too busy and distracting for older babies

Comments:

When I was pregnant many of my friends with kids listed this as a ‘must-have’ item for a new mom. I sought it out and purchased it for myself as soon as I passed into the second trimester.  I used this the first time that I went out in public and always felt comfortable nursing because I knew that I was completely covered.  My one piece of advice is to practice using this at home so you get the hang of putting the baby under it without exposing your breasts.
