Name of Product Being Reviewed: the Ragged Pad

Manufacturer:  rowdy

Pros:  small size, light weight, carry just what you need for a diaper change

Cons:  Inside straps aren’t large enough to hold a lot of wipes and the mesh pockets aren’t large enough to hold the diapers

Review:  Around the time that my daughter starting eating more baby food and less formula her poop frequency and consistency changed. I realized that I no longer needed to carry around three changes of clothing for her.  It was at that point that I started leaving a large diaper bag with anything and everything that I might need in the back of the car and started carrying a smaller diaper bag. My problem was that I didn’t have a comfy pad for her to lay on when changing her in public restrooms.

Luckily, I check a few of those websites that sell one product a day and stumbled upon the Ragged Pad. It folds up nicely and has a handle. I actually put that handle through the handles of the very small diaper bag I now carry and, viola!, I am set for an outing.

There are two flaps that fold out from the sides. The left side is supposed to carry the wipes. The ragged pad came with a wipes holder but I just put the entire wipes package (currently Pampers Sensitive wipes) on the left side. The right side is intended to hold diapers, but my diapers don’t actually fit in it so I just set them there and use the mesh pocket for diaper rash cream. The material on the inside is water resistant- a must for a diaper changing pad!

See the video for a demo on how easy this is to use (I don’t think my written review is doing it justice).

I really like this diaper bag tote and would highly recommend it to any mom trying to scale back on what she is carrying!

Overall Rating: (based on 5 palm tree rating system- 5 palm trees is a Mommy Oasis)
